This was our first step to go organic with Sri Sri Tattva brown sugar. It smells like jaggery but tastes like regular sugar, in fact, better than that. The flavor of parent jaggery is not easy to make out when put in tea or coffee, but somehow it adds positive flavour to them. As written in the description, they've kept the quality of the product premium. The taste, texture, and size of sugar crystals do justice to their premiumness. I am highly impressed with the packaging graphics and information on it.

It is not Shakkar,but white Shugar mixed with jaggery powder have been converted to brown sugar.Bad product.
